House Technician/Help Desk
This is an entry level position that will be responsible for fixing and repairing computers in our store, greeting clients, and answering help desk calls. This is an entry level job, but you will be expected to take advantage of free training provided and quickly add to your competencies. Core competencies include:
- Good working knowledge of Windows 7 and newer operating systems.
- Understand current methods to cleanup client computers by removing viruses and spyware.
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues on client computers (hard drives/memory/NICs/etc.)
- Need to be A-Plus certified or able to achieve certification in the first 60 days of employment.
