David Downs, MCP

David Downs, MCP

CEO and Co-Founder

David has been working on computers in some form or another since he was introduced to his first Apple II in the 4th grade. Since that time he was the go-to guy for computer problems at every company he worked for until being hired as the first Systems Administrator for a quickly growing Kansas City firm over 10 years ago. During his time there he helped grow their computer network from 1 server and 20 workstations to a dozen servers and hundreds of workstations. In 2004, David and his brother-in-law merged their numerous part-time consulting jobs and together formed Pro Computer Solutions to deliver professional solutions to home and business users.

David has lived in the Kansas City area all of his life. He's been happily married for over 20 years to his wonderful wife Karen. He has one daughter in the Blue Springs School District and another attending the University of Central Missouri. His son is a University of Nebraska alumnus working in Kansas City. When he's not working on the business, David exercises at CrossFit Blue Springs and is active in the Blue Springs Rotary Club.
