Our Team David Downs, MCP CEO and Co-Founder David has been working on computers in some form or another since he was introduced to his first Apple II in the 4th grade. Since that time he was the go-to guy for computer problems at every company he worked for until being hired as the first Systems Administrator for a quickly growing Kansas City firm over 10 years ago. During his time there he helped grow their computer network from 1 server and 20 workstations to a dozen servers and hundreds of workstations. In 2004, David and his brother-in-law merged their numerous part-time consulting jobs and together formed Pro Computer Solutions to deliver professional solutions to home and business users. David has lived in the Kansas City area all of his life. He's been happily married for over 20 years to his wonderful wife Karen. He has one daughter in the Blue Springs School District and another attending the University of Central Missouri. His son is a University of Nebraska alumnus working in Kansas City. When he's not working on the business, David exercises at CrossFit Blue Springs and is active in the Blue Springs Rotary Club. Bryan McCorkendale Dispatcher and Help Desk Coordinator Bryan joined the PCSi team back in 2008 as our Dispatcher and Help Desk Coordinator. Bryan started tinkering with computers in 1993 and went on to receive an Associate’s degree from Vatterott College and an MCP certification. At PCSi, Bryan is often the first one to answer the phone and assist our customers with their computer problems. As a natural multi-tasker, Bryan enjoys the opportunity to juggle many customer issues at once. Originally from Independence, MO, Bryan has lived in the Kansas City area his whole life except for 3 years stationed in Germany while in the Army. In his free time, Bryan enjoys gaming, family outings, and non-sports trading card collecting. James Hamilton Systems Engineer James began working for PCSi as a Systems Engineer in 2010. He received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Central Missouri State University in 1997 and later earned an MCP certification. Prior to joining the PCSi team, he worked for Ericsson and spent 10 years with Sprint Nextel, acting as Technical Support Engineer for both companies. At PCSi, James is our special projects manager and Tier 2 support. James balances work at PCSi with running his own business, CrossFit Blue Springs, which opened in August 2012. At CrossFit Blue Springs, James serves as the head trainer and pushes his clients to find personal confidence and intestinal fortitude.
