Access The Client Service Portal

If you are a client with a signed agreement you can access the Client Service Portal at any time by clicking the Member Login link in the top right corner of our website or just click HereYou can request your username and password by sending an email to support@pcsiweb.com.

From within the Portal you can:

  • Create new service requests
  • Add and review notes and documents
  • Review your current and past service requests
  • Review and search the knowledgebase of your companies previous requests
  • With proper authority review previous and current invoices
  • And much more.

Attention!  Administrator privileges are required to request remote assistance.  If you are running Vista or Windows 7, right mouse click on Internet Explorer and choose Run As Administrator.  On older systems, be sure you are logged in as a user with Administrator privileges.  Your tech will help you do this correctly.

In Shop Service Options

If you have a home computer or a business computer that you can do without for a couple of days you can call us at 816.229.2290 and schedule an appointment to drop off your computer and have it worked on in our shop.  This is usually more cost effective for small clients because you save minimum service charge and on-site rates.
